Shipping and 

Our prints are produced on demand, and it will take approximately 5-10 business days, depending on the size of your order and our work load. All orders are shipped worldwide directly from our print provider via USPS services and delivery time takes approx. 2-3 days (not guaranteed). If you want us to ship it faster, please indicate so in the notes of your orders or write to us. International shipping can take from several days to several weeks depending on your location and the shipping company.
The time estimated is when your order is shipped, not when you will receive it. All orders ship with standard shipping unless upgraded shipping is requested.

Please note: All turnaround times are estimated and not guaranteed.

Shipping Process

Shipping prints can be a very delicate matter; our provider takes all precautions for safety and package prints very well for shipment. So, with that in mind, it is very hard to calculate exact shipping costs, automatically for every order online. There may be additional costs for oversize prints or orders that have to be shipped in 2 or more boxes. Our provider tries to keep the shipping as affordable as possible while keeping your prints safe in transit.

When your order has been shipped by our provider, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please keep track of this number. In case of returned, stolen packages, or delays, the client must contact us and we will do our best to find answers for you from the shipping company.

In case of a lost item, we will place a claim with the shipping company after 60 days from the date of mailing. We will replace the prints or refund the money after the claim is approved. In international orders, refunds are only available if the order has not arrived after 5 months.

Be sure your address is correct on your order and that you are shipping to a safe location where packages can be safely delivered.

We only ship to the address listed in the shipping address on your order unless we are told otherwise before shipping. Any issues or extra costs that arise because of the wrong shipping address will be billed accordingly. We cannot be responsible for packages declined/returned from a PO Box location. Returned packages may be subject to additional charges if they need to be reshipped. (When the address matches the shipping address and the client did not accept the package or it was undeliverable by USPS, UPS or FedEx). If we are given the incorrect address the package may be lost in transit. This is not covered by package insurance if the wrong address or incomplete address is listed on the order. Please be sure to check the address you provide very carefully before ordering.

Delays can be due to USPS being understaffed, holidays, elections, domestic terrorist attacks, an unusually high volume of packages, issues with the tracking/scanning/sorting machines, etc.

October to December are the busiest months for us and our provider, so lead times can be longer. Sorry, all production times are estimated and there are no set times.

Please take on mind these dates and planning your shopping to have a safe and happy Holiday season!

Special Dates

Our provider cannot promise that we can combine shipping on multiple orders after your order is placed.

Be sure to check your order before completing the order to avoid having to request combined shipping.

This process takes extra admin time and can cause issues with production and shipping logistics.

Combinated Shipping

Once a package has left the USA, a package can no longer be tracked by USPS. Please be very sure of the address you are entering for international shipping.  


If an item is returned to us or lost in transit to an international location, our policy is to reship to your location and then you will need to reship it internationally. If the wrong address was supplied to us for the order or the package is returned to us, you will need to pay for shipping to your location.


We will not reship international packages a second time outside the USA if they are lost or sent back to us. The package will have to be sent to your location. International shipping costs may not be accurate at check out and there may be added charges for larger packages shipping outside the US.


Please ask for a quote if you are unsure about costs. All international packages are sent as "import a taxes due", so you will need to pay the import fees. We do not pay customs fees for outgoing packages.

The customs number can be used by the purchaser to contact their customs office to inquire about the status of the delivery. We will not return any money if:
- Package(s) are not picked up by the purchaser.
- If the Client refuses to pay customs.
- Package(s) are returned for any reason.
- If the purchaser provided incorrect shipping address information.

International Shipping

Damages and loss can happen in transit from shipping. For Insurance claim reasons, you must provide images of the damaged prints and packaging and we will reprint the order or refund the cost of the damaged prints. So please don’t throw away the items or packaging!


If for any reason you are not satisfied with our prints, please return them within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund.


The client is responsible for all return shipping costs. In order to receive a full refund, the work must be returned and received in its original condition and in its original packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, any loss in value will be deducted from the refund.

Refunds will be processed by the same payment method used for your order. Payments and refunds are made in US dollars. We cannot be held responsible for any loss due to exchange rate fluctuations on international purchases. Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where the item is found to be damaged.

If you feel you are still owed a refund on a previously cancelled order, please contact us and we will investigate and refund if necessary.

We are not responsible for delays via UPS, standard UPS shipping is not a guaranteed service. Refunds are not permitted for shipping delays as this is beyond our control after it leaves our facility. 


There may be a small admin fee for cancelled orders so please be sure to proof your order before placing the order online.


You can request order cancellation by email but you cannot consider the order cancelled until you hear from us to confirm the order is cancelled.  


Once an order is "in progress" the order cannot be cancelled. Please order carefully to avoid having to cancel due to sending the wrong file.
